Default 5.3 - how much spray?

Here are the specs. Would like to know how much I can spray on a direct port on this setup. it's going in a 98 z28 that's gutted 2700lb race weight without driver. Going through a 3200 stall 4l60 and 4.10 rear end. Looking to go 9's with a big enough shot and still be drive able on the street. How big of a hit can this setup take? Wanting to do a 350-400 on a progressive. What's yalls thoughts?

Iron 5.3
Hellfire nitrous rings
Ls6 intake - direct port kit on it
Stock 799 heads milled .030
Nitrous cam - haven't spec'd one yet
Arp 2000 rod bolts
ARP main studs
Arp head studs

Thanks guys

There are a few people I know spraying alot through 5.3's, with pretty big jets on a direct port (300-400hp worth.) Your tune-up will have to be spot on, a direct port is great for higher horsepower levels because you can tune each cylinder and achieves an overall more even distribution at higher horsepower levels. The progressor will help bring it in smooth. Good luck! Let me know if you come up with anymore questions.
