Looking for some advice, which plate?
I did a few searches but really couldn't find what I was looking for. Every company has a plate that they swear by. I have a forged 408 with a Vic jr and elbow. I'm looking to work up to a 300 shot and possibly a bit more depending on how things hold up but I don't want to invest in a fogger set up because I'm thinking of going turbo in the future. I don't run in a class so rules don't matter. I would like for the kit to be able to grow as everything progresses and I read the Edelbrock plates can do that going to a two stage system.
I'm looking for the best plate at that power level, any advice?

Have you seen our Stinger Plate?
We also have a dual stage Version!
The cylinder to cylinder distribution on these setups can't be matched! The single entry Stinger II plate can flow over 600 horsepower and the dual entry plate can flow over 800. Let me know if you have any questions.

Ya the puck seems a bit better but is the extra money worth it? And when bought, am I paying for a complete kit, solenoids, lines, bottle...or just the puck and install? You can pm details or put it here, either way.

Installation of the puck into your intake is a flat $350 fee(puck included). The remainder of the setup will vary in price depending on how you would like to set it up. Typically an EFI setup with plumbing labor is $609.99 with a 10lb bottle. So the setup with the puck installed, plumbing labor, lines, solenoids and a bottle comes out to $960. I hope I explained that right lol. It would look like the picture below.

One more question, I read about the puck and how it does not effect airflow, what about this plate? It looks to take up a lot of my open area in the intake, I'm EFI.

It wont affect airflow anymore than your elbow will. This doesn't sound like a max effort NA build so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Some people have gone in and machined the plate to minimize the thickness of the bars but I don't see it making that big of a difference.

Check out the numbers Jarred recently made with his Stinger plate! And he only had the 200 jets in it!
