Default Bottle Leak

So I discovered my bottle has a slow leak at the valve outlet.

Has anyone had to deal with this?

Is it common or is it the sign of impending doom?

yep i have one that does that, not shutting off all the way? i ended up buying a 4an cap and caping it off every time im not using it. sucks to do that but better then loosing the nitrous all the time. get it rebuilt would be the way to fix it. or NO has a bottle trade program atm. 100 off for a 10lb and 125 off for 15lb. when u send them ur old one.

Is it leaking from where the main feed line hooks to or is it leaking from the top of the valve near the hand wheel?

It leaks on the main line outlet.
