Bogging and bucking on the spray
Sprayed my Z06 a couple days ago with the 150 jets.Made four 0-130 blasts and the car ran great.
Parked the car for an hour and went out again.Had the bottle at 950-975 PSI,purged then hit the switch.Car bucked and bogged, lifted immediately SES flashed for five seconds than went off.Wasn't brave enough to try again.
Engine runs normal NA.Pulled all the TR6's(kinda of a bitch)and they look just as good as the day they went in.
I thought I may have ran the bottle out but I weighed it today and 21.5 lbs popped up on the scale.Bottle sat in my unheated shop all winter, filled it at Thunder Shootout last Nov.Don't know if that's relevant but I want to give all the info I can think of.
I'm a rookie and need some help.
Mod list
TNT F-2 150 jets
Dynotune heater and blaster purge
FPSS
Kenne Belle boost a pump
Timing tuner hooked up but haven't used it yet
LGM LT no cats
Stock tune
Fresh tankful of Sunoco 94

I have only sprayed the car maybe ten times, which is my only experience with nitrous.
It sure is fun when it works.

I took the FPSS off to eliminate it from the equation.I suspect the fuel soleniod isn't working.
I'm going to try a couple more things.

A couple of things..
1) Watch out fuel addatives, I tried some and it swelled the oring in the fuel solenoid and locked it up...
2) Watch bottle weight, you'd be surprised how fast you got through a bottle on a 150 shot.
3) You should have a new fuel pump in that monster
4) On a TNT 150 shot I would probably pull some timing since its more like a 225 shot

Either the switch was bad our it was doing it's job.I'll verify tommorrow with FP gauge duct taped to the windshield while I spray it.I know it was dumb without verifying FP but I drove around for an hour and emptied the bottle.
Traction is an issue with the factory rubber. With the 4.10's it lights the tires up till the top of third and scratches them hard into fourth.
1 I don't use additives in any of my vehicles.
2 I emptied it today with five or six 40-120 blasts
3 If one was available I would buy it in a minute.Late 03 with returnless fuel system.Waiting on Racetronix to come out with one.
4 I'm going to try a 200 shot at the track on Fri with the CCW's and 28/10 Hoosiers slicks.Going to run the tank down to E and put five gallons of 103 unleaded in,back out five degrees of timing.I have a 427 coming in the next several weeks so I'm going to get ballsy with the stock motor.
Big thanks to Dave Diluca(Sled 28) at ARE/AUTOWORX for his assistance on the phone today.
