I'm sure it has been asked before and yes I have used the search button. I will be have my new motor installed soon and need some plug advice, The biggest thing is the car is a daily driver, here is my set up:
383 ls1 w/weisco pistons 10.75:1 compression, Patriot stage 2 ls6 heads 2.055 int/ 1.60 ext, 224/228 581/588 114 cam other mods in sig.I will be running between 150-250 shot w/ my tnt f2 kit w/ all safety goodies. HPE told me to run a TR7 or TR8, what do you nitrous experts recommend?I was looking at the TR7 but there seems to be a whole lot of different #s What # plugs do I need and where can I get them?I tried Autozone and Kragen's w/ no luck.So anyone with part# or stock # that would help me a TON!

UNfortunately right now it wont matter much what you put in those heads...You need to make sure the seats dont fall out first and give you leak down issues..LOL

Anyways...

R5671A-8's are the 8's
R5671A-7's are the 7's.

I run these because they have a gasket and it pulls the plug out of the chamber to reduce heat that much more. I usually get mine from Oreily's.
