Default Bottle Pressure on HOT vs COLD days?

How much can bottle pressure vary from cold 32 degree days to hot 100 degree days without bottle heater?

A couple weeks back it was 88 degrees and a fiend had his bottle peg the gauge. It was in trunk and wonder it didn't blow the safety. Nx sells a Fire and Ice bottle heater/cooler to keep it within 5psi of selected press at all times.
