Default Think my FPSS is broke?

Bought it new from a vendor, never sprayed the car yet, but just for ***** and grins I fired up the car and metered the FPSS and wasn't getting continuity through it. I have 60 psi of fuel pressure. I have't tried to adjust it yet, since I've never heard of one being set that high from the factory. Anyone ever see that?

I would suggest double checking the grounds along with the other wiring to the swich. If all of that checks out I would contact the manufacturer for a possible warranty.

First bet would be to follow what Jeremy recommended to verify it is the switch. Also have you contacted the supplier you got it from? Dont know if all companies do this but we test and calibrate each FPSS before it leaves our facility. Maybe you can contact your supplier and find out what PSI it was calibrated to if at all.
Good luck!

I have heard of alot of FPSS's being set wrong from factory...I got mine directly out of the box and it was way off. After some adjusting it works fine now. The hex screw in mine was tightened up to where it wouldn't even turn anymore from the factory. Just tie the two wires on the fpss together and see if it sprays then...if it does then you know it is the switch and not the wiring.

I adjusted it and it works fine now. But my throttle switch is broke. I think I have a spare.....
