i have a friend that had same setup on a stock motor but hit it with a 300, the car lasted a few runs and booommm bye bye rod. i was doing 150 dry all stock and was fine so i guess you could get away with it for a while. but i wouldn't do it

I don’t think it’s out of the question. As long as you’re on a good tune and know that there might be consequences (IE: a blown motor), you could try it. We just finished up a 2 stage system spraying a bit more then a 225 shot (1st stage dry, 2nd stage wet). It’s possible, make sure you have all your ducks in a row, and remember your luck could run out at any time LOL.

150 is safe for a stock tune/fuel system LS1, anymore than that adds a bit more risk, but plenty of people have ran 200 on stock tune, fuel. Just be sure to get colder plugs for whatever you decide to run.

well, i run 175 on the wife's and 200 on mine. stock motors and fuel systems. these are motor ratings. so, when you buy your kit, make sure you know which way they rate their kits. motor or rear wheel.

I already have the kit. I'm not worried about fuel, as it will have it's own separate low pressure system running VP C10 Unleaded. Tuning will be -8* on the gun.
