Default 115 dry shot, extremely rich and slow!! Help

I have a 99 T/A with mods in the sig, I also have a 255 walbro and 30#svo's. Got the car tuned and it did 353rwhp/358rwtq.

My A/F is 13.0 to 1 across the graph.

When I spray twin .036 jets on a 5177 system I put down 428hp/500tq (bottle pressure @ 880psi) and my A/F shoots to 10.0 to 1. What's up? Also what is even worst is at the track NA I trap 109.7 mph and on spray only 115.7mph(bottle pressure @ 1020psi)? Something has got to be wrong. I don't get traction with crappy street tires but my times only dropped two tenths from 13.1 to 12.9! I tried not spraying in 1st using 1st gear lock out and got the exact same times.

I am now running twin .042 jets which should be a 140 shot and the car doesn't feel any faster.

Any advise on where to start to look to get the times and dyno #s I am looking for?(besides tires). Could there be something wrong with my noids?
Do I need to worry about freezing my maf? Is there something I should talk to my tuner about?

Where, how and what kind of nozzles. I have ran a 11.50 on dual .036s. A buddy ran 11.48 on dual .038s, so something is up. Sounds like you may be reading only the n2o and not the mix of n2o/air?

How would I only read nitrous? Is there something wrong with my maf? I am using NOS nozzles in the middle of each side of the lid. Could a leek in my intake cause this?

Ok sounds like your nozzles are ok. Talk to your tuner about that a/f. I am not sure what's up.

I spoke to him a while back when he tuned the car and he told me that there was nothing he could do about running rich on spray because its the mafs job to mix the correct amount of fuel. The car is still not idling right and Iv'e taken it back twice. Everyone I talked to says he is an awsome tuner which I don't doubt, but he also stated he has no dry kit experience. I will be taking the car in and this time he said he would start from scratch. Is there some advice that I could give him on tuning my car on spray? This is typical of my luck with cars!!

Well it's the MAF's job to report airflow, on/off the spray, reads, temp, velocity, density. what you need to do is log some passes n/a and n2o and compare. this is a complicated thing to explain out. You have an issue with higher freq, I believe? It's like if you stated, my car has a miss, but my tuner has never tuned a car before. Where do you start with the diagnostics explanation? Is he using a tuning program: HP Tuner or ?

He is using ls1 edit I believe. He has alot of experience tuning LS1s, just not dry kits. He is a sponser here, Mike Norris at Next Level Performance. He is extremely knolegeable, and has great customer service, I am just trying to help him, and learn a little something along the way.

Oh, well, I sure don't need to tell him how to do something. I am sure he can pin-point the problem. Heard of him and he's good as far as I know.

Thats the thing, I'm sure he will eventually figure out the idle problem, but when it comes to nitrous he pretty much said that it is safe at 10.0 to 1 and that there is nothing he could do w/ a dry kit, now I am thinking about converting to wet, then the injectors were done in vain .

Find a different tuner, as you have a glitch in your tune, that's all. You think all the guys posting the last week have this issue dry, no. It's not a dry issue but rather a tune issue. You can go wet though, Dave, Ricky and Jeremy will then be your best friend.
