nitrous with supercharger/turbo
why does a certain shot of nitrous yield higher gains on an engine that is already equipped with forced induction?
hypothetical situation:
75 shot yields 60 rwhp on an NA engine.
75 shot yields 100 rwhp on a FI engine.

It helps with cooling (IAT, and other temps.). Boost=heat, think of it that way. The nitrous cools the air charge.
FWIW, 75 shot should make 75rwhp on an N/A car(if it's rated at the rear wheels, NOS rates at flywheel, NX at the wheels as well most others)

any rear wheel rated HP nitrous kit will generally make quite a bit more on any forced air application the cooling effects are tremendous on the hot compressed air making more than just oxidizer power

Not only the super cooling effect (-127')but, the boost has a tendency to raise just depending on the application. See the nitrous is trying to expand and the blower is trying to compress so the give and take raises the pressure.
An old 420 BnM blower I had running 7-9psi, on 100shot jumped to 12-13psi and on 200 pegged a 15psi gauge hard.
hope this helped.

It's almost hard to explain isn't it ricky? has benefits from so many angles, it's like have a 2nd intercooler.. but probably even more effective than that, then the oxidizing factors,, and the boost factor you speak of... It's actually one of my favorite things to see and partake in is boosted sprayed cars.. and the face of the guy running the dyno haha
Also ricky wouldn't you say at -127 even though it's oxidizing still probably has such a signifigant cooling effect it's combats detonation to a certain degree?
Keep in mind generally nitrous lowers air temps 60-80 degrees and for every 10 degrees you drop in temp you gain 1% HP
