Default Would i need to upgrade fuel injectors if...

i go to a 175-200 shot on my fully built forged 355?

also should i worry about the rear end on a A4?

tranny is built for 800+ rwhp so no worries there...

and how much timing would i need to pull on those?

It depends. Assuming you're talking about a dry shot if you're talking about injectors, so in that case, most likley (depends what size you have). If you're planning wet or DP, then no, just need to make sure you've got enough pump. Rear end is always a weak point in these cars, I wouldn't worry on the street, but spraying out of the hole on slicks at the track I bet it won't live too long. Probably pull around 6 deg of timing, need to due some tuning to know for sure.

You do not need bigger injectors with a wet shot....

A 355 forged i'm thinking is going to have some definite top end work. So it all depends on your present injector duty. If you lose an injector under spray you will go lean.
