Default wideband sensor location???

I have jet hot headers and I did not install the cats. That left me with 2 spare locations for the O2s that I deleted with HPTuner. Can I use either of these 2 locations for my wideband O2 and read the afr correctly or do I need to place the wideband O2 somewhere else like closer to the head or further away in the y-pipe so that I get readings from both heads?

What does the wideband manufacturer recomend. Mine said ahead of the cats (I know you don't have any) and at least 18" downstream of the exhaust valve. Also make sure they are betwen 10:00 & 2:00 so then can't collect any moisture from condensation. I have a 2 channel so I put 1 sensor on each side.
