Nitrous (high miles LT-1)
I have a 1996 Firebird Formula. I think im going to start spraying it. I have 102k miles on her. What would be the biggest shot I should do? And what type of kit should I get to be safest???
I'm looking for cheap HP but the most important part is not ******* my car up so let me know what would be the best route for me to take.

Go with a wet kit with about 100 shot. This way you may not have to upgrade fuel pump and can get away with not retarding the timing. The plate kit from Nitro Dave's Nitrous Outlet is a good kit or the NX efi wet kit. Go with a colder plug and you should be fine. Maybe also get some safety devices such as the FPSS and RPM window switch.
