Is this nitrous solenoid plunger OK?

Default Is this nitrous solenoid plunger OK?

I don't get full power from my dry system. I tried to blow through the lines, then disassembled solenoid. Here's pic of the plunger. Does it look OK?

It shows some signs of use but I can not see anything bad from the picture.

Shouldn't that white seal be more inside the plunger or even flush with it?

Depends on the design. Is that a hard white material? What brand is it?

I belive that it is suppose to be that way. Call Dan or Dean and ask them to look. They should know for sure.
