Default Help reading AFR

I did two runs, shifting once during each run. I'm not quite sure how to interpret the afr. To me it looks like its around 11 but I'm not sure what the target is. I sprayed a 75 shot @ 950 psi

Its a dynotune dual nozzle dry kit. I have two 30 jets in right now for a 75 shot. One is spraying away from the MAF and the other is spraying at the wires. It was reading richer but I aimed the nozzle that is spraying at the wires up a little higher.
