ZGlass - Just FYI - PIR reference here is Portland International Raceway in Portland, Oregon. Pacific Raceways (PR) would be closer to you located in Kent/Auburn area.

1 1/2 car lengths is alot shorter than it seems. at least thats what i gather from a few of my races. i think phil does pretty well at launching his car, as for someone else getting whatever time with it there is only so much one can do. id say 13.0 is pretty decent for a bolt on LT1 with a bunch of miles on it.
