Default Looking For Help in the Tacoma area

I located a original 1956 car in the Tacoma area. I am looking for someone, or a shop that could inspect it before I make any commitments. Any suggestions? Thanks

My schedule is really busy, but if ya can't find anyone let me know. I have owned well over 20 55-56-57 chevys.

Thanks. Guess I better give a little more info. The car is a semi restored Plymouth. The first car I bought when I graduated from high school in 1962 was-you guessed it. My dad, god rest his soul, did all the work installing a 331 Chrysler Hemi bored out to 354 cu inches. Those early 331's had a cast on upper bell housing, so he had to design a back for the bell and machine the stock tranny input shaft to fit. I hope to relive that period by rebuilding another Plymouth. I am not interested in the condition of the drive train. Just the general condition of the body and interior. These things easily get cancer in the rockers and headlight eyebrows. If the car looks straight and not to much rust, I will make the trip. Robert, do you think you would be comfortable doing that?

And if you all do go, getting pictures would be interesting since you'd have to post up when done rebuilding it
