Default rear licence plate cavity delete?

I was wondering the other day if anyone has ever deleted the indented space in the bumper where the license plate goes. I think it would make the car look clean and bad ***. You could easily fasten some brackets to hang the plate from the bottom of the bumper and it would look less tacky if you had an RS, because the brackets would be hidden by the ground effects. Just wondering if anyone has seen it and if they have pictures. Maybe on a race car or something...

Thanx bro. You've helped me out a lot on here. Oh and for the record... I didn't end up painting my hood black. But I do have black stripes up the side of my sunoco.

Oh and as far as that car. The bumper looks good and I'd like it better if it was painted. The car is for sure different. Not quite my style, but I can recognize and appreciate a LOT of work done to that thing.
