Compressorless Painting System? I need input
Like the title says I came across a Compressorless painting system while roughly pricing what it would cost me in tools and supplies to paint my car. How well (or bad?) do these work as this seems very feasible and affordable for a DIYer since I do not have a compressor. http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/p...roductID=23926 And a bit more for this one ... http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/p...roductID=23928
So auto body people put your 2 cents in. Thanks

I wouldn't use it, especially to paint my whole car. I'd be worried that it would it have a hard time maintaining proper air pressure trying to paint more than 2 panels. Exspecially if a metallic color like a silver or pewter is being sprayed. Then you have to consider the clearcoat as well, if it's not maintaing good air pressure then you gonna be trying to pound it on to get it to lay out and all your gonna end up doing is just running the **** out of it.
