Default Driver side door rubbing! Help please!

Okay so I parked my car in a parking lot then when I got back I opened my door heard a loud creaking/rubbing.

I looked at it and my driver door is rubbng on the front fender when it opens.

I'm very **** about stuff like this so can someone tell me how to fix it? I'm not much of a mechanic.

Also any idea what caused it?

Someone please help me!

Thanks

My passenger door does the same thing, it looks like the fender is pushed in a bit on mine.

I fixed mine by adjusting the bolt that is near the door to quarter seam on top of the quarter... make sense. if you push the window cowl trim piece back you'll see it. I just loosened it, pulled the quarter out a bit so it wouldn't rub, then tightened it back down. I can get a picture of it if you still don't know what i'm talking about.
