Default car sat collecting dust

So my cars been sitting for sometime now. I pulled it out of the tent n had inch of dust
Washed it. Now the paint and windows feels like sandpaper. How do i fix this?

Clay bar will get rid of the gritty feeling. Will need waxing afterward. But before you wax it, you might want to do some buffing if you've got swirls and marks in the paint.

wash it, clay it wash it again, cleaner product (swirl remover or whatever you like) then a wax, and finally a polish on tp of that. Next time, usa a car cover.
