This is one of those things that's "right spot" in both places. I'm gonna have to do a mini tub in the future so I stalk these mini tun threads. I have C6 ZO6 wheels in the ZO6 offset. Rears are 19X12 (325/30R19 tires). I had to hammer the HELL outta my wheelwells, cut a section of the subframe, cut a section of the LCA's and even cut the bump stop's mount completely off too. I'll probably go with coil over rear shocks so I can get more room (if it will).

Oh yeah she moves! Still spins those tires too! Hence the need for a better rear end. The fact that my car is gonna be a SHOW and go car, I need the tub for looks as well as its functionality. But then again, I'll eventually make my own fiberglass wide quarters for the car so I may not need em after all. I don't thing installing mini tubs is very difficult. I'd say go ahead and DIY. Or maybe just check with a local cheap body shop. Good luck either way!

Stenod like mentioned above, or Reiters metal craft in Mount Clemens.
I will say that i have seen Joe's work(Stenod) on roll cages, and he does beautiful work. If/when i ever get one, it would be worth my money to have him do it.

Thanks alot. That gives me another option. Is is pretty typical to have $500 per side into it plus the materials? So the whole thing can usually be totally finished for less than $1500?
