Default Rear quarter damage near gas tank

Hey guys,
I recently got hit in my rear quarter panel near the gas tank/rear wheel. I know you can usually knock the dent out through the trunk, but with this dent you can't. Any tips on poping it out, or any tips in general?
Cheers.

Damn was worried about that. There isn't a way to get under the wheel arch and hammer it out? how much do you think it would cost to get a new quarter panel put on and painted?

no you cant reach it, its double paneled plus its glued around the gas lid. i dont know how much the qtr itself would be but in labor your looking around 1100 to 1500, thats with paint too. also that includes blending the door so it will match. should be less than 2000 for the whole job.
