I've never seen a woman laying a coat of paint down in a body shop. Hilary Noack is aiming to change that.

Good for them. Businesses should be rated and chosen by their quality of work and service, regardless of gender or any other differentiation. Hell, if an all dog business opened up that painted cars better than anyone, sign me up.
