Doing what I can to get the motor and trans in the car tonight once and for all. I should be able to get progress done rather quickly from here on out. I didn't plan on taking this long on the build but did some changes to the motor that should yield significant power gains. I'm ready to wrap this up so I can get back on track to the real build, overall should be a fun car to drive around.

Smart man! This should bring you more work and get you well known. I'm sure you already are. If you ever sell this GEM, which is from the Land of Oz you will get what you want ....IMO I would keep it but like side everything has a price.

Great Job man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walbro 465lph secondary pump. I decided to switch to E85 so I'm going to have to pull the fuel tank back down again. While changing the pumps, I'm going to further improve the fuel feed flow with a better design than what I left it with.

-8AN fuel feed setup that I'll be doing.

Bumped compression up to around 9:8:1 using .030 Cometic MLS. I wanted to run more, but I'll be throwing a little more boost so it is what it is.

Sealant on the head studs. I don't let this dry before I torque heads so I try to move as quick as I can.

Here I massage the areas where the gasket isn't quite with the runners.

First time trying out this stuff.

NGK tr6 plug gapped @.026

I didn't bother polishing or cleaning the motor so just kinda a mug shot. Cadillac Escalade 145amp alternator upgrade along with 2 guage cable from alternator to 2/0 guage power to battery.

New injector pigtails.

God, my biggest gripe with these cars are the body gaps.

Nice work..

Sorry about that. I had no intention of dragging out this long. I only work on this after hours 4-6 hours a night if even that, amongst trying to shuffle daily life activities as well but I'll throw in a pic or two of the engine bay. Wait until you hear it roar, sounds amazing, I'm getting amped.

I'm still going to fabricate some engine bay pieces so it can look more sleek so it's still a work in progress. These things can't be rushed if you want to do it right the first time. Enjoy

Building my own projector beams with L.E.D. bulbs. Took me about 10 hours or so to work on a design that worked, I think I got it. Now, I can get busy tonight with building them.

This is pretty much what I came up with. I'm just waiting on the other projectors to come in for the high beams, not sure if they will come in this week though. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but I think they came out pretty good. <br/>

Thanks. I'll get better pics once I get the other two done. Night and day difference. Best upgrade out of everything else done to the car.

Looks great! What projectors did you go with and why LEDs versus a good HID system?
