I think LUK is a GM parts manufacturer..so that would be a OEM clutch?

Im not sure about that. I just know I was suprised how much life was left on this clutch.

i just bought a new LS7 clutch and its got "LUK" stamped on the PP in multiple places.

so $50 plus shipping is a good deal.
