Since I'm in the middle of a H/C/I swap, I'm selling the 243's I had originally intended on using. I got these off a low mileage 2008ish GMC truck with a 5.3
As you can see these have the desirable deep cast triangles next to the spark plug holes. I have NOT cleaned these heads at all. Im the type that thinks you should be able to see exactly what you're getting, and not worry about someone elses mistake (like how they were cleaned or what with)
