i have a
monster stage 3 12in clutch kit for sale.. i had this clutch installed in my 06 gto for
about 1500-2k miles, i loved the clutch, it always hooked and did what ever i wanted to. the break in process was done as monster describes. pretty much after the break in period i had to leave for korea (active US.Army). before i left, my wife was complaining about the clutch because she would be driving the car while i was gone so i took it out and installed a ls7 clutch for her. i came home a year later and got relocated to FT. SILL in oklahoma, during my pack up and move here the boxs the clutch was stored in was in the back of my pickup and while driving threw Tennessee it rained, (everything in the back of the truck was covered by a tarp) but either way the box got wet and when arriving at FT. Sill i discovered the box was wet and removed the clutch from the boxes, sprayed the flywheel and pressure plate down with wd40 and wiped it down and sprayed it again then let it sit. its been in my basement ever since, it is only surface rust and i wouldnt think twice about installing it in my car but the ls7 i have now is still pretty much brand new so theres no need as it only has maybe 5k miles on it
i have found a turbo kit for sale locally that i want from a friend so all my extra parts are going up for sale..
