Pulled this off of my 5.3L build.
Truck had 92k miles on it when I bought this motor. Had been sitting in a junkyard for a couple of years, so was a little grimy/sludgy inside.
One of the heads is a little worse than the other as the PCV was clogged and not venting correctly.
Intake manifold assembled with everything including throttle body

I have the AC bracket, motor mounts, water pump, oil pan, etc available as well.
