I have my MN12 transmission. Broken mainshaft. Internals are good. replaced bad parts in it about 5000 miles ago. But maybe 1/25 3rd gear shifts, it'll act up and grind. It seems to do it when it's somewhat cold. But once it warms up, I never have an issue.
