Intake was missing all gaskets including runner seals. the bolts that hold the intake together where not there. The pcv port on the side was broken off and plugged up with a bolt(one of the bolts that hold the intake together smh). the lower shell looks to have been epoxied. One of the intake runners is cracked. I bought the intake to resale but when I thoroughly looked it over I found all these issues. That's why I decided to take my resale post down. Dispute filed through paypal because I asked did the intake have any issues and was told it did not. Didn't get a response by email, pm, or phone until dispute was filed. Seller told me he will issue refund once I send item back. Told em he must notify paypal we agreed to a refund before I can send it back so ill be protected. He is refusing to do that.

It looks like he took the good parts he needed to fix his and passed all of the junk along to the first poor fella in line for the same price. Shame shame.

paypal should be on your side.
I know what I'd be doing with his info if I didn't get my money back.
