-0411 pcm with custom 3 bar OS and licenses computer value $100 + $200 in licenses

If you aren't familiar with this, it's 2 credits to license a vehicle and 2 more credits for the custom OS. Plus the 12 credits for the unlimited licences for the model/year.

That's $1849 in value. There are also other licenses on there that are for individual vehicles that count toward a model/year license if you choose to go down that road. There are tunes loaded in the two computers, both for turbo cars.
