Selling my bmr tq arm relocation bracket, the bottom set of adjustment holes are knotched out to clear aftermarket y-pipe. (There is no reason you should need the bottom set of holes anyway) Bmr recommends the middle set of holes (which is where I had mine set to) one bolt hole where you bolt it to the body is slightly enlongated. You will have to enlongate them with a new one anyways. Nothing done will effect its strength or performance it works perfect.
