I have a pair of brand new Founders non adjustable lower control arms with no bushings or hardware included. These were shipped to me from founders by accident and I asked them if they wanted me to send them back and they just told me to throw them away... I don't want to throw them away so I figured someone would like to have them. You can purchase replacement bushings from them, I'm not sure how much it is but shouldn't be much. They are still in the box and are black.

$40 shipped to Lower 48
