Made of fiberglass in gelcoat and primer
Comes with kick panels, pinch weld and mdf grill blanks, you finish with your own vinyl, paint, and grill cloth.
Pinch weld replaces the trim that runs along the jamb and panel sits against that.
Fits up to a 6.5" speaker and tweeter
Speaker resides in the area where the factory kick panel vents were, you will lose the pull cables in the factory kicks.
You can use use a Metra 81-6900 Baffle behind the speaker to protect it from the elements. These can be purchased on ebay for around $10 shipped.

Kind of, I built these off a local guys 68. He got the first set.
He ended up buying some coaxial speakers that the tweeters stuck out about 3/8" past the speaker.
I told him he could still use the grilles that I supplied but he ended up using the grill that came with the speakers and the grill blank behind the speakers.
It's not the way I would have done it or it's intended...it ended up looking pretty good after he covered them and mounted the speakers.
He got some vinyl at the local upholstery shop, but you can get a good two-way or three-way stretch vinyl at www.yourautotrim.com
