Purchased new and used for three months. Includes gaskets and bolts.
EVAP port is threaded with a 1/4" push-connect fitting for vacuum/boost.
PCV port is threaded for a GM IAT sensor (same as used on the CTS-V).
Intake:
EVAP port threaded for 1/4" push connect fitting (included):
PCV Port threaded for GM 12614717 IAT sensor.
