I'm selling a T56 6-spd transmission from a 1997 Z28. This is the original transmission to the car and has been a 1-owner since new. Shifts perfectly into each gear except for the 6th to 5th downshift. It doesn't grind during the downshift but it will not go into gear. Shifting from 4th to 5th will go into gear but will sometimes resist unless the rpm is matched. The transmission definitely needs a 5th gear synchro. All other gears shift flawlessly and have zero issues (including reverse).

Includes bellhousing (w/slave mount and hardware) and clutch fork. You can also convert it to the LS1 style T56 with a few changes (front plate, input shaft, etc..).
