I have a set of CNC ported 243 cylinder just back from the machine shop. The heads came off my 07 Avalanche that I put the another set of CNCed ported heads on then sent my stock ones out and had the same program ran on them. They also have BTR platinum .660 lift springs that was installed at the machine shop as well.
Here are the flow numbers right off of Lingenfelters site on what they claim these heads flow.
Lift/Intake/Exhaust
200 / 157 / 117
300 / 226 / 167
400 / 267 / 204
450 / 275 / 215
500 / 283 / 224
550 / 290 / 227
600 / 302 / 234

Intake runner- 228cc
Exhaust runner- 84cc

On my Avalanche I saw a 56rwhp gain using these heads and a little lingenfelter gt2-3 camshaft. That was with the stock exhaust and air box, no other mods other then H/C as I did it just to replace the DOD equipment. I would expect to see more gains on a car, as I think my truck is not the most efficient as the motor had 150K at the time it was dynoed and was turning heavy 20in wheels but it managed to put down 302rwhp and it helped out a lot when I have my car trailer hooked up behind it.
