Need a bottom alternator bolt I need the alternator bolt that goes on the bottom. Dealer says they cant get one unless they order 10 of them and cant find any local store that has one.

i had the same problem with a different bolt that i needed. ask the guy what size it is. (he knows and should be able to tell you)
write it down, then go to a hardware store and buy the bolt.

that sucks. is it something that can be special ordered from the hardware store? how much are the bolts from the stealership? if you need it asap might be worth just to get them. but just make sure you get all 10 bolts. not just the "one" you ordered.

i have a box of bolts at my shop LSXmotorsports in kenner dont know how often you are around but feel free to come look and see if i have what you need you can have it no charge
