I want to do the Lid conversion on my LT1 and I think it would be easier to use the OEM base instead of making my own.

Where can I purchase one and the lid? Or does anyone out there have this setup for sale?

I looked at a v6 car and the intake setup will work.

This is the black base with snaps for a lid? I'm assuming this is what I need. If it will work, I'll take it.

That takes care of the base. Does anyone have a stock lid for sale or free? lol And maybe an air fliter?

I now have 2 setups coming in case I mess up and I have a friend that is interested in the conversion.

All I need now is a factory/OEM style lid. Does anyone have one lying around cheap? I don't really want to go with the bigger aftermarket lids right now. I'm afraid they wont' fit a stock hood.

I have a stock lid and K&N filter for $25 shipped I"ll look to see if I have the baffles/air silencer that goes in between the lid and /maf.
