Default WTB: Wheel Adapters

I'm running y2k wheels on my 99z. I want a wider stance on the front and back so i'd like to get some wheel adapters.

How much wider do you need? I have 1.25" Adapters, Chevy pattern to Chevy Pattern with new studs.

I was thinking either 1" or 1.25" but I won't be able to get home to measure until next week. How much and are they hub centric? I may just do the rear for now, and worry about the front later on down the road.
