Looking for a zexel torsen posi

I need a new carrier for my cutlass and am ready to upgrade to 28 spline axles. Must be 3 series. Prefer the HD unit. Please let me know what you have

i got one from my old rear end 100 bux came out of a 2000 z28 its a worm gear zexel torsen it was a 4channel
