Default WTB: Window Guide
I am not sure of the technical name for this part but it is a window guide. There are two of them on each door. Here is a picture.

It has felt on the end. It pushs the window outwards.

Those are pretty cheap from GM new. I got a new set (4) from GMpartsdirect for under $20. Part number - 10257988
