WTB cheap rims and/or all-season tires (for winter), I'm located in central Indiana Winter is approaching and it looks like I'll have to drive my car at least some during those months which I'd rather not do, but I can't help it. I'm looking for some cheap-ish rims and/or tires that would be good for winter driving so please no summer-only tires 
I'd like to keep this as cheap as possible since it's only for winter driving.
I'm in Muncie, Indiana and will drive within reason if there's someone nearby with a set. Thanks.

I have a set of 16" 2002 silver Camaro wheels with 235 RSAs I could sell you. I will be at US41 in Moroco, IN on the 7th if you can drive there that day. The tires have like 40% life. Let me know if you are interested. I am asking $200 for everything.
