WTB, Leather Hurst Shift ****, TCS Switch and Bezel

I am looking to buy the leather Hurst shifter with the H on it that comes with the 6 speed and am also looking for the plastic trim piece that the traction control switch goes in. If anybody has either of these please let me know how much.
