they are a dealership out of PA, and they sell their parts at 30% below MSRP
most dealerships mark up prices 10-20% for parts
so they are rock bottom, there are a couple other dealerships in the US which do also 30% off MSRP, but I like them

if the 140 is too much, you will have to search the part outs in the for sale section
