Guys, I'm kinda concerned. I'm in the process of installing a P1 Procharger kit on my 2001 C5. 30k miles. To see how it was, we stuck it on the dyno for a baseline run to see how it was doing. Power was fine, dyno'd exactly as expected on the dyno used. But it was having a LOT of spark knock. The spark knock was bringing timing down as low as 15* at WOT. What things can I check that would cause excessive spark knock on a basically stock car? Only mods I did was remove the airbox lid as in the sticky on tech, and added Z06 catback. My tuner couldn't find anything, and I've always heard that "some cars just knock bad and some don't" but that just isn't acceptable to me. Say it ain't so!

I'd like to minimize this spark knock before pushing very much boost. Any ideas?
