Programs? im located in MD and i really need a tune bad this thing is running real rich im wondering are the tuning prgrams just like the power programmers or can i borrow someones program?

its a 94 camaro 383 LT1 M6 i have a mail order tune with H/I/C bore and stoke other then that i think its all stock but its running really rich right now and trying to get rid of it
