timing on carb set up??????????

timing on carb set up?????????? Ok i have a
ls6
eagle crank(stock stroke)
eagle rods (stock size)
Dimiond pistons(3.905)
patriot stage 3 5.3 heads
solid roller cam
victor jr intake
750 carb
that is just a small run down of the set up was wondering if anyone has close to the same set up and were you run your timing...I need to know where to start at..Also maybe what jet size to start at
