Wanting to pull off all egr???? I wanna pull off all my egr and air pump but im not sure if i will have to retune my car!!! any help???

Depends.
The computer will set codes and you will not pass emissions with those codes set. So, you would only NEED the tune to delete those codes.
Also, the computer adds advance when the egr is commanded to function. Since it does not occur at WOT, not really anything you need to worry about tuning out.
Aside from emissions testing, you wouldn't need a retune. Unless you don't want to stare at the check engine light all the time.
